Worker Grievance Procedure
Three-stage worker grievance process — Informal, Formal, Director Review — with fast-track for bullying/harassment and named external avenues including Fair Work.
The internal procedure workers use when they have a concern about their workplace — separate from a participant's complaint about service. Required by Fair Work and Practice Standards.
Three-stage process: Stage 1 Informal (most resolve here), Stage 2 Formal written grievance to Service Manager, Stage 3 Director review. Separate fast-track for bullying, harassment and discrimination — skips Stage 1 and goes direct to Stage 2 or Director.
Named external avenues: Fair Work Commission, Fair Work Ombudsman, state WHS regulator, state anti-discrimination commission, union, legal advice. Explicit non-retaliation protection.
