WHS Hazard Register
Business-wide register of workplace hazards and their controls.
The hazard register is the central record of all known workplace hazards in your business — across every setting, every type of work. Different from a participant risk assessment, the hazard register captures things like manual handling tasks, lone-worker risks, vehicle use, infection control exposure, and psychological hazards.
It's a WHS-mandated document under the model WHS Act adopted by most Australian states. Includes a starting list of 14 common hazards a typical NDIS provider should consider.
