FAQs
Q. Do the clinical templates need clinical sign-off?
A. Yes. The clinical templates (mealtime, choking, seizure, PEG, bowel, manual handling) are designed to be reviewed and signed off by the treating clinician (speech pathologist, OT, GP, or specialist as appropriate) before they're used. Each template has a sign-off section built in.
Q. Can I use these without my own behaviour support practitioner?
A. The behaviour support templates (SCC-01 to SCC-04) are implementation and observation tools — they sit ALONGSIDE a PBSP authored by a registered NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner. They are not a substitute for one.
Q. Format?
A. All 20 as Word (.docx) files. Editable.
Q. Affiliated with NDIS Commission?
A. No. Independent template publisher.
Q. Refund policy?
A. Digital downloads are non-refundable once accessed. File-replacement guarantee within 7 days.
