The Practice Standards require a quality management system that's proportionate to your size. For a small provider this doesn't mean an enormous QMS — it means a clear, documented approach to how you measure quality, how you act on what you find, and how you keep doing better.

Includes the four-pillar quality framework, nine quality indicators you'll track, the internal audit cycle (monthly, quarterly, annual), how findings flow into action, and the reporting cycle.
