Hot weather is dangerous for vulnerable people — especially those on certain medications, with mobility limitations, or who can't independently regulate their environment. Heat illness escalates fast and is preventable with good planning.

This plan covers daily checks during hot weather, participant-level vulnerability assessment, hydration tracking, signs of heat illness (exhaustion vs stroke), and post-event review. Especially relevant for Queensland and Northern Australia.
