Eight parts cover: participant details; what we collect (with tickboxes per category); what we use it for; who else might see it (specific providers and people the participant authorises); retention; the participant's rights; and sign-off.

Aligned to the Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles. Pairs with the internal Privacy & Confidentiality Policy (Foundation Policies Pack) and the public-facing Privacy Policy (RT-07). Renew annually or when circumstances change.
